About Vasavi Kanyaka Parameshwari
Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameshwari is a highly venerated Hindu goddess worshipped as the Kuladevata of the Arya Vysya community in AndhraPradesh, Telangana, and other regions of South and Central India. Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameshwari is revered in Shaivism as the heavenly “Kanyaka” form of Goddess Parvati, whilst in Vaishnavism she is venerated as an incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi. Devotees worship her as the personification of “Purity, Heroism Sacrifice and Dharma”. According to the sacred Vasavi Puranamulu and traditional stories of Penugonda Kshetram, Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameshwari arrived to safeguard righteousness and promote Ahimsa (nonviolence) among humanity. She is revered as a divine family deity not just by the Arya Vysya group, but also by the Kalinga Vaishya, Arava Vaishya, Marathi Vaishya, Beri Vaishya, and Trivarnika Vaishya communities. Today, followers in India continue to pray to Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameshwari for wealth, harmony, protection, and spiritual power.

Well-ventilated and spacious function hall with 500 seating capacity. The property includes a separate dining hall and ample parking space, making it ideal for weddings, receptions, meetings, and events.
Temple Timmings Morning Darshan: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Evening Darshan: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM “Timings may change on special occasions and festival days.”
“Special Homam is performed on every Vasavi Nakshatram (Ashlesha Nakshatra) day. Annadanam is conducted on every Amavasya (New Moon Day).” Devotees are invited to participate and receive divine blessings.”
